Are group rates available?
Yes! If you want to register fifteen or more people at one time, you can get a 10% discount for all with a group rate. Group rate purchasers can also select the date and time of your training. Send the names, individual email addresses, licensure for each individual, and a two hour block of time on a weekday date to info@mentalhealthportland.org. In return we’ll send you an invoice for payment, register each attendee, and send each attendee an email acknowledgment with a calendar invitation with a Zoom link.
Who created the training?
The training is created by Jason Renaud of the Mental Health Association of Portland and Francoise Renaud, LPC of Clearsight Counseling. The training is reviewed for accuracy by members of the Oregon Circuit Court, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Can trainings be provided in person?
Not at this time.
Is training available for states other than Oregon?
No. But much of the content of the Extreme Risk Protection Order training is applicable in any state which has a Red Flag law.
